A message dated August 10, 2016, was received stating the Governor                                                              
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 274(RES)                                                                                             
     "An Act relating to extensions of certain state land leases; relating                                                      
     to the exchange of state land; and relating to the definition of 'state
